Open Cast Room Fast Track

Save time—Book your appointment in the Open Cast Room now

Our Open Cast Room has one purpose: to treat you as soon as possible when you have a broken bone. Until now, we have seen patients on a first come, first served basis—but this often resulted in long waits.

To help you save time, our Fast Track now lets you schedule an Open Cast Room appointment online for any of our three locations. You can also fill out and submit your medical forms online, saving you even more time at our office.

Please understand that we will still see patients without an appointment in the Open Cast Room, but we will give preference to patients who have a scheduled appointment time.

If you have any questions about the Open Cast Room, please contact us.

Open Cast Room FAQ

Does booking an Open Cast Room appointment guarantee I won't have to wait?

No. We wish we could guarantee you little or no wait time-but booking your Open Cast Room appointment online will help minimize your wait time. There are still patients who come to the Open Cast Room on a walk-in basis, and we will continue to see them.

What we can promise you is that if you book an Open Cast Room Fast Track appointment online, you will be given preferential treatment when you get to our office. The amount of time you wait will depend on how many patients are in the office when you arrive.

By expanding our Open Cast Room services to all three of our office locations, we are doing even more to give you the care you need, close to home, as soon as possible after you've been to the ER for an injury or broken bone.

Do I need to be seen at the emergency room before coming to the Open Cast Room?

We do recommend that you go to the emergency room when you have a serious injury. The Open Cast Room is not intended to be a substitute for emergency room care.

We provide an Open Cast Room to ensure that you're seen promptly by one of our board-certified orthopedists when you have an injury or broken bone.

How can I minimize my wait time in the Open Cast Room?

You can save the most time by:

  1. Scheduling your Open Cast Room appointment with our online Fast Track.
  2. Filling out and submitting your medical forms online. (The link to the online forms will appear once you have booked your Fast Track Open Cast Room appointment.)

Can I book a same-day appointment in the Open Cast Room?

Yes, but only if you schedule your appointment by 8:00 a.m. After 8:00 a.m., you can book an Open Cast Room appointment for the next available day.

If it is after 8:00 a.m. and you wish to be seen in the Open Cast Room that day, you can call our office at 440.329.2800 for an appointment. You can also come in on a walk-in basis, but you will experience a longer wait time.
