Q. When is payment due?

A. Payment is expected at the time of treatment.

Q. What happens if I can't pay my balance in full?

A. If you can't pay in full at the time of treatment, we will accept monthly payments based on the amount of your outstanding balance, as follows:

Q. When is payment due for surgery?

A. Surgical procedures require a 50% payment before the day of surgery. Otherwise, the surgery will be cancelled.

Q. When are payments due?

A. Payments are due by your next scheduled appointment or on the 15th of each month.

Q. Do any discounts apply?

A. Yes. You will receive a 35% discount after the first $100 is paid on your account.
