We have ten convenient clinic locations and perform surgery at the Amherst Beavercreek Ambulatory Surgery Center, UH Elyria Medical Center, UH St. John Medical Center, UH Parma Medical Center, UH Samaritan Medical Center, and Mercy Lorain Medical Center.
